Australian shipping costs and time frames
All orders are shipped with Australia Post from our facility in Western Australia, and delivery time guidelines for major centres are detailed below:
- Free standard shipping in Australia (7-10 Days) on all orders over $200.
- Free standard shipping in West Australia (2-3 days) on all orders over $200.
- Express shipping in Australia (3-5 days) $15.
- Express shipping in West Australia (1-3 days) $15.
- Worldwide International Shipping calculated at checkout.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?
Your post officer will leave you a slip to be taken to your closest post office for parcel collection. Please note that if a parcel remains unclaimed for more than 14 days, it will be returned to the sender, and you will be held responsible for the re-shipping costs.
How do I track my parcel?
If you have the Australia Post app, you will be able to track your purchase through the app, once shipped. You will also receive an automated email with a link to your tracking once your order has shipped. You can simply follow the link to see where your parcel is located. If you need more assistance, contact customercare@unconditionalactive.com, and we will assist you.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs, duties and taxes vary from country to country. Unconditional Activewear Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs, fees, or taxes that may be incurred on the importation of your order. If you are unsure of whether potential customs duties may apply to your order, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and exchanges
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
To be accepted, your return item must be sent back in original saleable condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. It must also be unused, unworn, and unwashed or altered in any way from its original condition.
Unconditional Active Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline a return if these conditions are not met. If your return item is declined, we will send it back to you at your expense.

Store Credits and refunds
If you purchased a full-priced item, you could return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
If you purchased a discounted or sale item, you are welcome to return the item for a store credit, to be used within 12 months. This includes items purchased with a promotional code, discount code or welcome code, as well as any item that was purchased on sale.

How will I be refunded?
It can take up to 7 working days to process your return or exchange once it has been received. You will then receive an email when your refund/exchange is processed.
If your return is for a full-priced item, your refund will be credited back to the card or account used for the purchase. If you have returned a sale or discounted item, we will email you a store credit once your return has been received and approved
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement, as we’re dependent upon the bank's credit process.
What if my item has a fault or is shipped incorrectly?
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or incorrect garment, please let us know, and we will get it corrected. Depending on available stock, we will replace the faulty or incorrect garment or refund the invoiced amount.
Return costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Bundles
If you purchase a set in a bundle purchase (and receive a discounted price) and wish to return one or all items from the bundle, we offer an exchange or store credit only. Please note, the discount applied when purchasing both items will no longer apply if one or more of the items are returned for a refund.
